ONE Broth-Salmonella Base is a highly nutritious and selective medium that allows recovery of Salmonella species within 16 to 20 hours. ONE Broth-Salmonella Base requires only a single enrichment medium step. When followed by inoculation onto Thermo Scientific? Brilliance? Salmonella Agar and the Thermo Scientific Oxoid Salmonella Latex Test, it forms the Oxoid? Salmonella Precis? method which reduces time to result over conventional culture methods. The Oxoid Salmonella Precis method is AFNOR validated.
